Exchange Policy

DeMeyer Furniture and Mattress is committed to selling better sleep. We proudly offer a 120-day Sleep Promise on all Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. In order to qualify for the Sleep Promise a DeMeyer Furniture and Mattress certified mattress protector MUST be purchased and used with your new mattress. After a required 30-day trial period on your new mattress, your sales associate can help you do a one-time reselection of a new mattress.
– Any difference in price must be paid by the customer.
– If any credit is left over, it is store-credit ONLY.
– If an exchange is required, you will be charged a pick up/delivery fee.
– Adjustable bases and foundations are not included in the sleep promise and not returnable under any circumstances.
– Pillows, protectors, sheets, and other bedding accessories are not returnable under any circumstances.
– There are no exchanges on floor models or closeout mattresses.
– Note: Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, and free of tears, burns, or stains of any kind.
